Definitions and Interpretation

In these terms and conditions, "lkb88", "we", "platform" and "website" refer to lkb88.onl and all services operating under it. "Player", "you" and "user" refer to any individual who accesses or uses this platform.

"Account" means a registered account linked to the player's personal identification details. "Real money" refers to funds deposited by the player through supported payment methods. "Bonus" refers to promotional credits granted by lkb88 under specific conditions.

Eligibility and Registration

To register an account at lkb88, players must meet the following requirements:

• Be at least 21 years old on the date of registration.
• Not be included on any gambling exclusion list issued by the relevant authorities.
• Provide truthful, accurate and complete personal information during registration.
• Not have previously held an account that was suspended or terminated by lkb88 for a breach of terms.

lkb88 reserves the right to request proof of identity at any time for verification purposes. Documents such as a national identity card (MyKad), passport or other valid identification documents may be required before any withdrawal transaction is processed.

Each player is only permitted to register one account. Registering multiple accounts by the same individual is a serious breach and may result in the closure of all related accounts and forfeiture of any existing balance.

Deposits and Payment Methods

lkb88 supports a range of payment methods to make depositing easy for Malaysian players, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, Boost, ShopeePay, and cryptocurrencies namely USDT, BTC and ETH.

The minimum deposit for each payment method is RM30. All deposited funds must come from an account registered in the player's own name. lkb88 does not accept deposits from third parties.

Players are responsible for ensuring that the payment details provided are accurate. lkb88 is not liable for any losses arising from inaccurate payment information provided by the player.

Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal is RM100. All withdrawal requests will be processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours after identity verification is completed.

Before a first withdrawal is permitted, players may be required to complete the identity verification process (KYC). All withdrawals will only be processed to an account or e-wallet registered in the player's own name.

• Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.
• Bonus funds that have not met the wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal.
• lkb88 reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing for review purposes where necessary.
• Any suspicious withdrawal attempts will be investigated and may be reported to the relevant authorities.

Bonuses and Promotions

lkb88 offers various promotions to eligible players. The welcome bonus currently offered is 200% on the first deposit up to RM300, subject to a wagering requirement of 15x the bonus value.

Calculation example: If you deposit RM100, you will receive a bonus of RM200, bringing your total balance to RM300. The wagering amount to be reached is RM200 × 15 = RM3,000 before winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.

Second example: A deposit of RM400 gives a maximum bonus of RM300, bringing the balance to RM700. The wagering requirement is RM300 × 15 = RM4,500.

General bonus conditions:

• Each player is eligible to receive the welcome bonus once only.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or converted directly into cash.
• lkb88 reserves the right to cancel any bonus obtained through fraudulent means or abuse.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the period set by lkb88.
• lkb88 reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time.

VIP Programme and Cashback

The lkb88 VIP programme consists of five levels: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Each level provides a different weekly cashback benefit — from up to 0.3% for Bronze up to 1.5% for Diamond.

VIP level progression is based on consistent wagering activity on the platform. Players who demonstrate a high level of engagement with the platform will automatically be considered for a level upgrade. Specific upgrade details will be communicated directly to the player concerned.

VIP cashback is credited weekly and is subject to minimum usage conditions. lkb88 reserves the right to amend the structure of this VIP programme with prior notice to members.

Player Responsibilities

As an lkb88 player, you agree to:

• Use the platform for personal entertainment only and not for any commercial or business purpose.
• Not attempt to hack, modify or interfere with the platform's functions in any way.
• Not use any automation software, bots, or other technical methods to gain an unfair advantage.
• Notify lkb88 immediately if you become aware of any bugs or errors in the system.
• Use the platform responsibly and within your personal financial means.
• Take full responsibility for any taxes or financial obligations related to winnings in your jurisdiction.

Account Closure and Suspension

lkb88 reserves the right to suspend or close any account without prior notice if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion that the player has:

• Provided false information during registration or the KYC process.
• Engaged in fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity.
• Breached any condition in this terms document.
• Been involved in collusion, match-fixing, or game manipulation.
• Registered multiple accounts or shared an account with another individual.

Players may also close their own account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or email. The closure process includes settlement of any outstanding real money balance, subject to compliance with the withdrawal conditions.

Limitation of Liability

lkb88 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from:

• Internet service disruptions or technical issues beyond our control.
• Game outcomes deemed unsatisfactory by the player.
• Delays in payment processing caused by third-party service providers.
• Loss of data or account access resulting from the player's own actions, including loss of password.

All games on the lkb88 platform use a random number generator (RNG) that has been independently verified. The result of each game is final and cannot be disputed on the basis of a player's feelings or expectations alone.

Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution

lkb88 operates under an international licence. Any dispute arising from the use of this platform shall first be resolved through our customer support channel, which operates 24/7 in Malay and English.

If a resolution cannot be reached through internal channels, the dispute may be referred to an alternative dispute resolution (ADR) body recognised by the licensing authority. The decision of that body is final and binding on both parties.

The Malay version of this document is the primary reference document for Malaysian players. Should there be any inconsistency between different language versions, the Malay version shall prevail.
